Birdie Clubhouse is an all-inclusive homeschool program designed for families seeking a LIVE-class instruction in all core subjects.
(OPTION 2: Birdie’s Guided Homeschool provides a comprehensive quarterly membership for parents and children that would like support and guidance as they go through the homeschooling journey. This includes educational platforms, assessments, field trips, workshops, personalized recommendations based on assessment and child’s interests, lesson planning support, curriculum resources, and check-ins to empower and support parents. ⭐️What is included?
1. Personalized Instruction:
The goal of our live-weekly online classes is to teach foundational topics for each subject. This will alleviate the pressure of parents allowing you to focus on practice and other in-home activities.
We believe in providing exceptional service, which is why we limit each pod to 1-4 students. This ensures that every child receives the individual attention they deserve and fosters a close-knit learning community (The Guided Homeschool does not include classes, it includes 2 monthly check-ins for parents).
2. Social Community:
Quarterly Bilingual Workshop: The exposure to bilingualism and art has been shown to enhance cognitive abilities, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. The class begins with a short story time read-aloud session, where tales are shared in both Spanish and English.
After the story, the fun continues with a hands-on art activity tailored to boost both creative and fine motor development.
Each session is conducted via Zoom, allowing children to participate from the comfort of their homes.
Quarterly Field Trips: Learning extends beyond the four walls of a classroom. Birdie Clubhouse organizes monthly field trips to enrich your children's education, providing hands-on experiences that reinforce their lessons and foster a love for exploration and discovery.
3. Learning Platforms:
Access to computer-based learning programs for practice at when when class does not meet. Each student gets a personalized log-in. The platforms include:
- IXL (math and ELA)
- Epic (digital library, 8am-3pm)
- HappyNumbers (Math)
- Lalilo (ELA)
- Learning A to Z (ELA)
✨ Grades: K-6
✨ LIVE Instruction days: Limited pods, 1-4 per group
✨ Time: Each pod will meet for class 1-hour depending on grade.
✨ Subjects: All core subjects (Math, ELA, Social Studies, Science, Art)
✨ Curriculum: We like to use Oak Meadow as its secular, progressive and flexible. Students will also have access to personalized lessons, online games and learning platforms for additional engagement.
✨ Tuition: Depends on weekly class frequency, choose from 2-hours, 3-hours, or 4-hours per week.

About me.
Lydia Gomez, the founder and private teacher of Birdie Learning Academy is dedicated to providing homeschooling parents with access to LIVE-teacher instruction.
With a Bachelor's Degree in Biology and ongoing studies in child and adolescent psychology, Lydia brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to support children’s educational journey.
Her work with children with disabilities including autism and developmental delays, has further shaped her approach to fostering inclusive and supportive learning environments.
