2 Silly Book Series for Kids

These are really engaging books that young readers will enjoy. I’ve been reading all the books in each series with one of my students. Him and his brother really get a kick and even I enjoy them! They’re really funny and cute to read.

Book Series ideas for young readers:

1. Scaredy Squirrel Series Books by Melanie Watt: Here are the ones we have read and I recommend for your kids too. To take a look at all the 9 books in the series, head over to this amazon page HERE.

I like these because they show a solution to a perceived fear which I think is relatable to kids who are learning about the world around them. They’re also funny and have lots of details that kids (AND grownups) can discover which adds to the fun.

2. Fox & Chick Books by Sergio Ruzzier: The ones below are the ones we have read. Each book contains 3 mini-stories, which makes them flexible for younger kids or kids that get distracted easily as they are quick reads, or if you are limited on time. If your child is older or has the energy to read for longer periods, then you can read all three stories in one sitting.

My favorite thing about them is the contrast between the main characters personality. I think anyone can relate to each of them. To find all the books in this series you can head over to the Amazon page HERE.
